That’s right—we guarantee that you’ll get the best price, every time you shop for travel with us. If you book a trip with us, and you find a better price online for the exact same trip within 24 hours, we’ll refund the difference. Here’s how it works:

Terms and conditions:

  1. The Best Price Guarantee is available to travelers who have booked travel on or after January 15, 2007.
  2. If you find a lower rate on another U.S.-based website (with the exception of membership program websites) within twenty-four (24) hours of your booking, and our customer service representatives verify that your request qualifies for the Best Price Guarantee, we will discount your balance to match that rate, or we will refund the difference if you have already paid in full.
  3. Important note regarding airfare: To qualify for a discount or refund on an airfare booking, the difference in airfares must be more than five dollars ($5.00).
  4. The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, including, without limitation, specific carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel (including room type), ship and cabin category, rental car company and vehicle class, applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and times of travel or service as booked through our site. The Best Price Guarantee is not available for airfare bookings where the lower airfare is part of a package (for example, within an flight plus hotel package). The Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the carrier, property, rental car company, itinerary, or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.
  5. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public online. Without limitation, this does not include corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator, or interline prices; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be displayed on a U.S.-based website that is available to the general public and must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars (and without reference to currency converters).
  6. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional, and age-related requirements.
  7. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of booked travel, as presented in our search results, without including any taxes and fees, except: (a) for flight + hotel/flight + hotel + car/flight + car/hotel + car packages and for activities, taxes and fees are included in the Best Price Guarantee; and (b) for flight-only bookings, the lower airfare must be at least $6 less than the airfare you booked on our site.
  8. For cruises, the Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise, including port charges. Additional items, such as flight or land components, insurance, the Cruise Protection Plan, shipboard credits, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, onboard amenities, gift cards/certificates, cash back, and/or dollars off are not eligible. Taxes and fees are not included. To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee on a cruise booking, you must have either paid for the booking in full or paid a deposit on it.
  9. You must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of booking on our site to determine if you are eligible for a discount or refund. Call 1- 866-275-9726.. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives. For stand-alone car rental and non-prepaid hotel bookings, the customer service representative will instruct you to mail a copy of your car or hotel receipt to us within thirty (30) days after you have completed the rental or hotel stay.
  10. All requests, including receipts, are subject to our verification. Our decisions are final, and, by submitting a request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by them. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price. Nor will we verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith.
  11. Verified requests will receive a credit to the credit card used for the booking, within 7–10 days of verification. Limit: three (3) credits per customer per calendar month, regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer.
  12. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
